OPEN!
High School athletes often take part in two or even three sports in a school year and also may participate on club teams during the year and over the summer break.
Iron Pirate workouts can be tailored to one sport--for a full-year workout--or can be broader in scope, working to develop an athlete to their full potential for a variety of sports. All workouts, though, have one overriding goal: to reduce an athlete’s chance of getting injured so they can play at the top of their game all season long.
Studies show an athlete who is physically prepared to play a sport will be more durable.
