Start with your feet in a good “jumper’s stance” and your hands just outside you knees.


Dip slightly at the knees and bend forward slightly, keeping a strong back position.


Drive explosively off the platform, accelerating the bar consistently until you dip under it and catch it with elbows high. Return and repeat.
