3/29 - The Boys Soccer team has become a fixture in the weight room this winter and spring and have begun to show some great results. Five of them — Dave Miller, Connor Dault, Jim Herman, Travis Redman, Adam Beswick and Nick Heyboar — have achieved BRONZE Iron Pirate status, joining teammate Mike Rosso who earned Iron Pirate last year. Three have squatted better than 400 pounds.
3/29 - A weight room shout out to 8th graders Chaix Bratton and Regan Rohrs who’ve been lifting for the past eight weeks and have seen their total Bench/Squat/Clean lifts go up 86 and 102 pounds respectively (334 and 317 totals). They’re well within striking range of Bronze Iron Pirates. Both have begun playing Middle School Tennis and will be back to lift after the season. Great job!
