Becoming a collegiate athlete is something I have always wanted. To get there,I  had to be dedicated and committed. Coach O’Neill worked with me a lot in my senior year. I trained 3 days a week--and more in the summer.


The workouts increased my vertical and made me stronger overall. Going into pre-season for college volleyball, I was way ahead of my teammates.

How Critical is Iron Pirate Training?

Coach O’Neill has purchased a “Just Jump” vertical jump testing system and is making it available to ay athlete who wants to see what their vertical jump is.

It also tests reaction time and can even be used to measure endurance.
